Performance
We think that the overall performance of the 20V Brushless Random Orbital Sander is a beast. When we tried it, their addition of vibrations made a big difference in both removal and finish quality. It’s a feature that’s rarely seen in most 5in sanders, so it’s a really awesome aspect to have.
When we were working on low grit applications, we noticed very minimal swirl marks. However, when we set it to higher grits, we achieved a high-quality finish on different projects.
For the dust, using the sander just blew our minds since there was barely any dust after we tested it. We’ve used it on both soft and hardwood and was thrilled after seeing the small amount of dust left.
Our ultimate test was using the 20V Brushless Random Orbital Sander inside the office. We worked on repairs on the window sill, and that’s when we fully understood the excellence of its dust collector.
