Our product arrived just in time for our TeamGroup T-Force XTREEM ARGB DDR4 RAM review. It came in a securely-packed cardboard box that has a slip-on cover with an image of the product in front.
This also displays T-Force’s branding, the name of the RAM, as well as some of its primary features. On its rear, you’ll find additional information about the product which you can refer to when necessary.
After pulling out the cover, you’ll find a sleek and premium-looking box that houses the product. It’s coloured entirely black save for T-Force and its logo.

After unboxing for our TeamGroup T-Force XTREEM ARGB DDR4 RAM review, we noticed the product’s high-quality and premium build. It even has a full-screen light-penetrating style which looks impressive once installed in your gaming rig.
The memory modules of the XTREEM ARGB rests on the PCB featuring an aluminium alloy heat spreader for passive cooling. Its body is made using translucent plastic that lets addressable RGB LED lights shine through. Keep in mind that the design isn’t the same on both sides since the rear exposes the heat spreader.

The product’s mirror finish is a nice element that adds to its stunning aesthetics. However, keep in mind that its glossy surface is a fingerprint magnet, but this likely won’t be an issue. Why? Because you’ll probably install the modules in their system and never really touch them.

Booting the system, we learned that the XTREEM ARGB DDR4 RAM comes pre-programmed with a rainbow-like fading effect. Then, each of the modules cycle through every colour option as the colours change from the module’s centre, then outward.

We noticed that the shape of the XTREEM ARGB’s plastic light diffuser allows us to have an easy installation process.That’s because it’s securely and tightly placed onto its slot on the motherboard.
In fact, we first thought that the XTREEM ARGB wouldn’t fit in our build.But to our surprise, we were able to successfully install the RAM without any troubles at all.

T-Force Blitz Software
When we speak of illumination, the T-Force Blitz software has the capacity to give you full control over the memory modules. Then, it provides you with all the synchronisation and control capabilities that are expected from RGB computer elements.
In the software, it has a total of 11 lighting modes. Plus, you can even customise each of its colours according to your preference.

We’ve tried and used the memory kit on one of our Intel builds for over a week to thoroughly see and experience how it performs. And that’s when we knew that the XTREEM ARGB was one of the more efficient kits around.
It worked excellently on most workloads we threw at it, and we didn’t experience any issues during our tests. When it came to gaming, the kit’s performance was just as good, and it didn’t falter or slow down.
We also decided to test the memory kit with AMD and Intel and there were no stability issues. Everything went smoothly and it still performed notably, which was great. We decided to enable XMP, and from there, everything worked smoothly and efficiently.
This is a huge plus, and we feel that the company offered a great DDR4 memory series with this kit.
To put it simply, TeamGroup’s T-Force XTREEM ARGB DDR4 RAM performed consistently on this platform. And if we compare it with others around, it took first place on the app performance charts and gaming charts.
There were no problems as well, just like when we used it with the Intel platform.
So, we highly recommend this to anyone who wants a plug-and-play memory kit for their AMD or Intel build. It delivered impressive performance and even if there were kits with similar specs, for us, nothing beats the XTREEM ARGB.
For its copy performance, boosting the frequency had an obviously huge effect.
With the T-Force Blitz and other software that are compatible, we were able to nicely sync the colours of our system. And even if RGB lighting is apparently all-pervasive in today’s gaming systems, the kit still looks amazing even without it.
We love the module’s clean white colour that looks great even on its own. And this is without compromising its RGB vibrancy.
TeamGroup did an excellent job with the XTREEM ARGB memory kit. It comes with all the great features that ticks all the right boxes.
In fact, it’s one of the fastest DDR4-3600 RAM that we’ve used. Plus, it delivered exceptional performance for both Intel and AMD platforms which was great.
Aside from performing well, it has a great design that makes it suitable for most builds. As mentioned, the RAM looks great even without RGB but when activated, you’ll definitely get a dazzling PC build.
What makes it better is it’s compatible with a wide range of lighting software. Also, it has a complementary software if you want to do more tweaking.
In addition, the RAM is easy to install since it features a plug-and-play design.
