Setting up the Router
Before testing the mesh router for our D-Link AQUILA Pro AX3000 M30 Review, we downloaded the D-Link Aquila AI App. You can download it for iOS or Android.
After downloading the app, create your D-Link account, then follow the straightforward online setup. You can connect your Mac/PC via the Ethernet to the router, then log onto the Admin page to run the wizard.
After setting up the internet and WiFi, you can set the product about 6m away before switching it on. It will start searching for the router and then work as an extender.
Web Browser and AQUILA Pro AI App
The administration page in a web browser bears a striking resemblance to router interfaces. It lets you configure settings and restrict access for different devices. However, most users often overlook these functions when accessed through the web browser.

The M30 efficiently detected and connected all devices at home. We were impressed with the speed throughout the house since the router covered all rooms. The signals also reached the front and rear yards, plus the dead zones in the farthest corners of the property.
We used a WiFi signal strength detector during our tests to determine the range of the M30.
These results prove the M30 delivers signals in a spherical form to provide signals in all areas.

Since the WiFi6 AX surfaced, we no longer saw any bad routers since these have a full-duplex communication structure. It is superior to WiFi5 AC, which only features half-duplex communication.
